Getting Started With Zero Waste!

What is Zero Waste?

Zero waste is a movement as well as an attempt to help the Earth by reducing or even crossing out the amount of trash using 5R: Refuse, Reduce, Recycle, Reuse, Rot.

Why is Zero Waste important?

Reason #1: It protects resources and reduces pollution

Did you know that almost every single production in this world inquires extracting raw materials from the natural spaces that will create pollution?

Other than that, the waste from plastic and any other products also damage the ecosystem or even kill the animals.

Reason #2: Minimizes the climate impact

Zero Waste will reduce our greenhouse gas emissions since it is known that 42% of all greenhouse gas emissions are triggered by the use and production of goods.

Reason#3: Saves you more money

Reusable items will save you money in the long run because you won't be replacing them after every use!

Is it really important to go “zero”?

Our Earth currently needs help and no one else can help the Earth other than us! Although being “zero” is not entirely possible right now, but you can lower or lessen your waste and reduce carbon footprint.
